We provide training programs for assistance dog handlers, assistance dog Instructors, obedience Instructor, professional canine handlers and speciality canine handlers.
- Assistance Dog Handlers are physically disabled, visually impaired or hearing impaired users of a trained assistance dog. Courses are 50-150 hours.
- Assistance Dog Instructors are for persons who wish to train assistance dogs and their handlers. Courses are 1600 hours and consist of three phases, 1) training with our Assistance Dog Program, 2) apprenticeship, supervised training of 19 dog-handler units and 3) certification.
- Obedience Instructors are for persons who wish to train dogs and their owners or handlers in the skills of obedience. Basic course is 200 hours, working with companion and family dogs. Advanced course is 650 hours working with companion and competition dogs.
- Professional Canine Handler course is designed for a person who wishes to work many phases of dog training. The course covers basic obedience, conformation, agility, drive building and therapy dog work. The course is 200 hours.
- Specialty Canine Handler courses are designed for persons who wish to specialize in one or more areas of dog training: conformation, obedience, tracking, protection. Courses are 100 hours each.
